The Plopper is a topwater lure that has a rotating tail creating plopping sound while creating air bubbles when reeled at any speed. The Plopper resists rolling over as it moves in the water, from a subtle crawl to a high speed retrieve. The commotion caused by the Plopper creates a tantalizing sound that rings the dinner bell for hungry bass in the vicinity.
