Arbogast Hula Popper, Frog/White Belly Color. Comes with the bottom of a hula popper box and the top of a jitterbug box. Main body is about 1 1/2″ long. Lure is used with wear as shown but overall still fair condition, priced accordingly. Fish or collect.  See photos.
